Is Paris a city for solo travelers?
I plan on going on my first solo travel adventure at the end of the summer. I plan on going to Dublin to visit a friend, then Paris and lastly Amsterdam. I have bought the tickets to Dublin and leaving Amsterdam but not the trip from Dublin to Paris. I am having cold feet. I've always wanted to go to Paris because it's an iconic city that I've always wanted to experience. However, I've heard from multiple people that Paris was either boring to them or that people go to Paris when they're in relationships with someone. I am not. Would it make sense to still visit the city as a solo traveler? If not, what other cities would you recommend I go to that I can still end up in Amsterdam for at least a couple days since that is my departure flight.
