I'm 26 years old, and I've been pretty alone for the past 5 years. I have a job which I enjoy and I can save money each month, but I feel like I'm wasting my time working 9-5. I am an introvert and I have trouble making new friends. I wake up, got to work (where I meet some fun people), and then I go to the gym, go home, eat , sleep, repeat. That's literally my life for the past 3 years. I want to break this routine by travelling, but I never have the balls to commit. Please help me!
