Female solo traveler in Cinque Terre?

I’m trying to plan a quick 2-3 day solo trip and am considering Cinque Terre. I’ve always wanted to see it but I want to make sure it’s actually enjoyable to do alone. I don’t speak Italian and am an amateur hiker, but it def sounds like a fun adventure to hike between the towns, go to the beach, eat good food, and of course meet other travelers.

A few questions: 1) Is it safe? lol 2) How much time should I realistically spend there if I want to see each town? 3) Any tips on navigating the trails? 4) Are there other things to do besides beaches/hikes? 5) Anything else I should know/consider?

EDIT: I should mention this would be my first ever solo trip. I’ve been ~studying abroad~ in London since January and have done my fair share of travel around Europe, but it’s always been with friends or family.
