Europe trip 2 weeks (first time)
I'm sure this has been asked multiple times and there's already a lot of info about the subject matter on the internet but that just ended up confusing me even further hence I'm asking here.
A little background info, I'm a 26 (almost 27) year old Pakistani living in the UAE and till now I've (sadly) travelled only to Sri Lanka and Amsterdam (for work).
I'm planning to go in October for around 15 days. Like every first time traveller I wanted to get as much done as I could in these two weeks so I came up with: Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Cologne, Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest.
But I realized that I'll simply be rushing from place to place without actually enjoying any of it.
So this is where I need your help.
My main interest is wanting to drive on the nurburgring nordschleife track in nurburg, Germany, take pictures of landscapes and historical building (also some street photography), explore the major sights and food (though I'm not sure if I'll be able to find halal food everywhere so food isn't really a top priority for me.

Let me know if I'm missing any details that might help give better advice/suggestions.
