Best places to go to in Sub Saharan Africa
I recently got back abroad from Cambodia and Tokyo. It was my first time leaving my home country of America and I loved the experience. I plan on going abroad again next year and want try out Sub Sarahan Africa.
I'm curious what you guys will recommend. I want to see not just nature, such as jungles and the Savannah, but also some aspects of nightlife. I'm leaning toward Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, and am planning on visiting two countries.
My budget is relatively cheap. Probably want to average about $60 a day at most, but I will be willing to spend some cash for a crazy cool experience (like $100). In terms of climate, I'm pretty indifferent. I don't care if it's one million degrees. I plan on leaving next year in the spring time (USA) though. Safety isn't really a concern for me unless I'm in a super dangerous place. IIRC, Kenya isn't as dangerous as it is perceived?
