Best packages for SIM cards
Hi friends! I will be travelling next week to Europe. I'll be staying in Amsterdam for a few days and then going for longer to Germany. I live in Toronto,Canada and I just got my phone few months ago. I was told that all samsungs made recently come unlocked (is this true?). I'm planning of calling my provider just in case !
I wanna get a sim card so I can have internet and ability to text with my family here but even my friend I am meeting there. Having data and a few text messages is important for me. I dont care much about minutes. My friend suggested (she lives in Germany but were meeting in Amsterdam, then going back to Germany) that she gets me a sim card in Germany and then I can use it when we meet up.
Now my question is, in your experience which providers offer the best packages for the best prices ? I tried going online but I dont understand German or Dutch that well :(
When I used to live in Europe, Vodafone was the best but I'm not sure anymore.
