Bali vs. Malaysia?
I’ll be spending 2 weeks in Vietnam & Thailand, then I was planning to go to Bali for my last week. However, I found that my flight home would be $300 cheaper if I left from Malaysia instead ($950 vs. $650). So now I am debating between the two. Price-wise, I know Malaysia is a bit more expensive, so it’s very possible I end up spending that $300 anyways, though I’m not too familiar with Malaysia prices or what the popular destinations are within the country. I was planning on exploring a lot of the nature that Bali has to offer (scuba diving, wildlife reserves, etc.), as well as enjoy the night life since I know it’s a bit more tourist-y.
Do you think Bali is worth the extra $300 if Malaysia is the alternative?
