Backpacks
Hello friends. I hope this is a reasonable question for this sub, I was looking at r/backpacking and a few others but they looked mostly aimed at posting pictures and such.
I am in the market for a backpack for my travels. Do you think 20L is enough for 5/6 days away or would it be better go for a 40L+ bag ?
I ask this because bag 1 appeals to me because I know I can use it with Ryanair without having to worry if they will let me off with something slightly oversized (although they always have in the past) it's the peace of mind I guess. Bag 2 would of course be better, but I tend to use cheap airlines a lot and I'm worried I might only get to use it on my next trip and not on future trips.
So for those with experience, do you think 20L is enough for a week or should I bite the bullet and buy both for different uses ? Thank you.
