What Latin American cities have warm weather (~75° F / 23° C) and low humidity?

Hi -- Your input is greatly appreciated!

I'm looking for cities to travel to and potentially live in for 3-6 months in Latin America...

I would really prefer an area with warmer temperatures (75° F / 23° C) and low humidity (lower than 65%).

I'm embarking on this journey in May, so hopefully this location would be warm with low humidity through at least May - June - July.... (but please share your recommendation for places that might have those characteristics at other times of the year too!)

However, if there are places with low humidity all year around, that would be even more amazing (a big ask, I know).

Also, some other preferences would include:

  • Near a large body of water
  • Coworking spaces or Coffee Shops for decent wifi
  • Relatively clean air quality / lack of pollution
