I’m going to Ireland in April for a pretty short amount of time. I arrive on April 18th around 3 pm and leave on April 21st at around 1 pm. So I really only have about 2.5 days to see things.

I was contemplating the following itinerary:

  • April 18: Spend what I have left of the day exploring Dublin
  • April 19th and 20th: 2 day tour that goes to Connemara, Galway (with an overnight stay), and Cliffs of Moher. Back to Dublin around 8 pm
  • April 21st: Back to France for me

I’m concerned with three things:

  • The lack of time I’ll be spending in Dublin (literally only mere hours there)
  • Meeting locals
  • Seeing enough of the landscape

I don’t know what to do here. Any advice, specifically from people who’ve been there? What’s worth my time?
