I went to Scotland & Ireland last year by myself because I had been asking friends/family for years to travel and no one ever could. I had an amazing time and realized.. “hey, uhm, you don’t have to wait for other people to see what you want to see in the world!”

Fast forward to this year... I randomly decided I wanted to spend a weekend in Vancouver, Canada. What did I do? Booked a solo trip.

My favorite TV show (Crazy Ex Girlfriend) is doing a live show in New York City. None of my friends are fans of the show. What did I do? Got myself a ticket to the show and booked a solo trip to NYC. Hell, I might go watch a broadway play. Would my friends want to do that? No way.

This is definitely an excitement post (probably from the life-high I have from booking my NYC flights this morning). This sub has been an inspiration, tbh. Y’all are awesome.
