Having lots of trouble picking a destination for 4-6 days (Bali? Estonia? Tuscany?)

I have about a week left before I start my new job and I want to go on a quick international trip, but I'm struggling to actually pick something and book my flight. I'm flying from NYC, and the likely dates are 3/9-3/16. Here the options I'm torn between:

  • Bali: My heart wants to go to Bali. I stumbled across a post here about Bali a few weeks ago, and since then I've been daydreaming about getting massages, chilling on the beach with a book, and going hiking in the forest. But everyone I've talked to about it in real life thinks it's a poor choice -- too touristy, too long of a flight for such a short trip, concerns about jetlag when I get back a day before starting my new job. I know I'd be spending ~50 hours in the air for only 4 days worth of trip, but Bali feels like it's manageable in 4 days. I'm just worried about going against everyone's opinions and then Bali disappointing me.
  • Similar destinations that I'm looking at are the Canary Islands and St. Maarten, but they just don't have the same pull for me right now as Bali does.
  • Estonia: I've wanted to go to Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania for a long time, and if I were going in the summer instead of in March this would be my first choice without a doubt. But recently the cold has been bothering me less, so that I've also just discovered that train travel between the countries isn't great, so I think I'd just stick with Estonia this time instead of trying to do all of them. Is train travel within Estonia good? Also, when I was in Budapest I really enjoyed the Szechenyi Baths -- does Estonia have something similar? Alternatively, does an Eastern European city other than Budapest have similar baths?
  • Tuscany: I've been to Florence and Milan and Lake Como and Rome, but there are lots of small towns in Tuscany that I have yet to explore (Siena, Pisa, CinqueTerre....). This is in some ways the easiest trip, because I have lots of familiarity with that region, but I'm struggling to find a reasonably priced flight this late in the game.
  • Croatia: I'd love to go, and there's a tempting flight to Dubrovnik on Turkish Air that includes an overnight layover in Istanbul, but it's $1419 which is way too steep -- I'm looking for closer to a $800 flight.

I could just use some clarity and advice from you all, especially about Bali. Thanks!
