First time travelling to Thailand!

Hi everyone, I'm planning to go to Thailand this April(2nd-11th) before I go back to college and deal with my hectic life.

This is my first time travelling alone, and for me this was a somewhat spontaneous and bold choice to make. I'm planning to spend 3 nights in Bangkok(1 day in Ayutthaya), 2 nights in Chiang Mai and 3 nights in Koh Chang. Since I currently reside in Seoul, the purpose of this trip is to visit beaches and have a laid-back vacation.

I would love to hear some insights/advice on my itinerary and what to expect on my first trip to Thailand. Thank you!
