Best and cheap food for long roadtrips?
Hi there, I've been on quite a few roadtrips. They usually consists of PB&Js and fast food. Snacks in between like chips and whatnot.
I am going on my longest road trip in a few weeks, and have become kinda strapped for cash. But everything is paid for already except for food. I plan to make this a trip without going out to eat at all, including fast food. But I can't eat PB&Js every meal. Any ideas for easy-to-make and cost effective food selection that doesn't need to sit in a cooler? Looking for meal options more than snacks.
