A bit stuck planning 12 days in Europe.
I am 24F and this will be my first solo trip overseas. I am eager to go but I’m getting a bit stuck planning everything by myself. I will be spending about 14 days in Europe. I booked a roundtrip to Paris and I believe that the return flight back home from Paris is what is throwing me off.
My travel dates are from April 25 to May 8. I return back home on May 8.
Right now I’m planning to spend 4 nights in Paris, to celebrate my birthday in the city. But after that, I’m lost. I’ve heard that Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, and the countryside is beautiful. Yet, I’m also interested in visiting London and Amsterdam. I heard that I should spend at least 3 days in each city. I have a family member that lives in Milan, so I was thinking about visiting but I don’t want to spend a majority of my trip traveling and Milan seems out of the way. I am open to any changes in my itinerary.
So I have 4 nights in Paris, 3 in Nice (might include a day trip to Provence), 4 nights in London and 2 nights in Amsterdam.
Have I stretched myself thin on this trip or should I focus on 3 cities only? Any tips are welcome
