Planning a trip through Europe
I'm in the preliminary stages of planning still, but I just wanted to get a second pair of eyes on my plan make sure this didn't immediately sound poorly thought out to anybody.
Starting in early April:
- Fly from US to Dublin, Ireland (I've got Irish blood and I've always wanted to go). Stay for a few days ($635 flight, plus room/food)
- Fly from Dublin to Paris, France. Stay for a couple days (not sure if I will like Paris) ($23 flight (WHAT), plus room/food)
- Train from Paris to Brussels, Belgium. Stay for a couple days ($60 train, plus room/food)
- Train from Brussels to Tilburg, Netherlands for Roadburn (music festival). Stay a couple days for festival ($800ish all said and done?)
- Train to Rotterdam or Amsterdam for a couple days?
- Train to Berlin, Germany. Stay for a few days
- Fly to Copenhagen, Denmark?
- Get up to Stockholm, Sweden
Am I going about this completely wrong? Is there a secret train pass I should be looking into that will save me a lot of money and planning time? Should I start in Sweden and work my way back to Ireland?
