Last minute trip during spring break. Where should I go?

Hi, me and some friends were supposed to do a road trip but the plans fell through. In exactly 1 month I'll be on spring break and I'd like to travel somewhere.

I'm in Seattle, and need to keep the trip within the US since I don't have a passport. I'm definitely trying to stay in a hostel so I can meet people. It's spring break so why not a social party hostel.

I love warm weather and would prefer to go south.my

Budget is $600 (using miles for flights). If it's a cheap location I can stay a little longer, NY or SF probably just 4 nights.
