Hola! I come to thou in despair, looking for help and suggestions.

We're a travel community and we have some tours where solo travellers can come together as a group and explore a place on specific dates.

We try to keep the plan balanced by giving some free time and keeping some of it planned, and have an experience manager to travel with the trip.

There are some people on the tour who keep to themselves and then complain that no one spoke to them, which is kind of odd but we think we can do something to help them open up more.
