First timer here! Help me with my fears and my plans on travelling solo to Eastern Europe and the Balkans

So, firstly I am 18 years old, male, from Germany and will finish school in July this year. After that I've decided to go for an adventure and head to Eastern Europe and the Balkans on my own. I orginally wanted to travel with a friend, but he realized that he didn't want to save that much money and since then I quiet enjoyed the idea of going solo. In the last few days I did some research and came up with a rough iternary of where and when I want to go.

Since this is my first time I obviously have a lot of questions on everything and any answers, helps and tips will greatly be appreciated.

  • So first of all I am very nervous whether 2 months of solo travel are to much and if I should go for a shorter trip for my first time instead. I think I will be able to handle a bit of lonliness but I am a bit scared whether I will actually be able to find some people around my age to do things with, especially in the less touristy areas of the Balkans. (I would say I'm more of an introvert.)
  • Second I would value any advice on my iternaty. I have made a slower (Czech Republic > Poland > Slovakia > Hungary > Serbia > Macedonia > Albania > Bosnia & Herzegovina (> Croatia) > Slovenia) and a faster route (including Romania and Bulgaria). Reading all those travel blogs everybody seems to say travel slow but on the other hand a common peace of advice also seems to keep yourself very occupied while travelling and not rest to much to fight lonliness.
    • And of course I would love to get any recommendations on my (or potential better) destinations and how to spend time there. (I will make different post with a table with all my plans so far.)
  • Part of the reason why I have chosen to travel to that area of Europe are the cheaper prices there. I would be willing to spend around 3000€ (3400USD), which would roughly translate to a budget of 50€ a day. (This budget would also have to account for all of the transportations between the destinations.) Do you think this is achievable for a first time backpacker?
    • Adding to this, my first plans included buying maybe a 10 days in 2 months Interrail pass, but I've read more than once that busses are the way to go in the Balkans. Do you think it would hurt to buy one for the part of my trip in Eastern/Central Europe?

Tl;Dr: I would appreciate any advice on the common fears of first time solo travellers, especially the lenght of my trip and my iternary and budget.
