First time solo traveling. 3-4 Week trip to Eastern Europe in April/May.

I am an 18m and this will be my first ever solo trip and first ever trip to Europe.

I definitely would like to visit Budapest, Krakow, and Amsterdam while there, but I am unsure of what else to visit. I am interested in seeing historical sites, medieval architecture, and nightlife. Some ideas I had were Copenhagen, Prague, Slovenia, Croatia, and/or Ukraine. Furthermore, I don't want to be rushing from city to city and would rather spend several days in a city whilst doing some daytrips.

My budget is around $2000 including airfare. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice?
