19 year old wanting some advice on first solo trip

I’m a 19 year old guy and I’m going on my first big solo trip to the UK/Europe in less than 70 days (May 3rd to June 17th) and I’m really excited, I’ve finished booking my accomodation so all that’s left now is research about activities and sights to see in the places I’m going! I was hoping to get some suggestions from people who have visited these places. I’m interested in historical places, “haunted” locations, good food, some slightly less “touristy” things but generally I’m open to any suggestions as I’m going to really try get out of my comfort zone on this trip. Ideally I don’t want to do anything super expensive but I’d consider anything. Alongside this if there’s any real touristy sights that aren’t worth visiting, please let me know!

London: I spend my first 7 days in London, I plan to dedicate the first two days to resting (I’m flying from New Zealand) and getting a local sim, finding my feet (I have a friend there who’s going to show me around) beyond this all I have planned is the Harry Potter studio tour and a concert. I’ve been thinking about a day trip to Cardiff but I’m not sure yet. Any suggestions would be great!

Dublin/Edinburgh: For the next 9 days I’m spending 4 days in Dublin and 5 in Edinburgh. I’m planning on booking a day trip from my hostel in Dublin to get to the Giants Causeway but otherwise by schedule is completely open!

Eastern Europe: For the next part of the trip I join a tour group in Rome and this takes me through Venice, Vienna, Budapest, Krakow, Prague, Berlin and Amsterdam and I tend to get a full day in each place so any suggestions on food/activities/sights for these places would be awesome

Galway/Brighton: My tour ends in London and then I fly to Dublin a day after and will be going straight to Galway when I land for three days so any particularly good ideas for Galway would be great, I’ll definitely be getting to the Cliffs of Moher. I then head back to Dublin for a concert before flying back via Gatwick and heading to Brighton (was cheaper than London, plus I wanted to visit anyways)

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Alongside this as it’s my first big solo trip any advice for must have things to pack, general tips for hostel etiquette and anything else would be awesome too!

Thanks in advance
