I've attached a picture of a loose destination plan. It's tight because it's been reduced down to 38 days in Asia (March 18th-April 25th). I want to keep my time in China to about 7 days which gives me 15 days in Vietnam and 15 days in Thailand (hopefully visit Angkor Wat as well). Has anyone done a similar loop? I'd like to keep plans loose as I may want to stay in a place longer than anticipated, but at the same time- is there anything I should be taking into consideration that I'm just not thinking about right now? Should I be flying in between destinations rather than buying a motorcycle or relying on trains? Really hoping someone has done something similar as any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I am a 27 year old guy if it makes a difference. Would love to see some nature and also get a chance to meet people in hostels.
