To check a bag or carry on?
Obviously not checking a bag makes leaving the airport easier and there’s no risk of the airline losing your stuff, but at the same time, lugging all of your bags around is such a hassle when you travel solo.
I travel with an osprey porter and a backpack as my carry on and personal item, so it’s not easy for me to carry both of those bags through the airports and connections and watch them while I wait for my flight or squeeze them into the stall at the bathroom because I have no one to watch my stuff. I’m not a big girl and I have zero upper body strength lol, but everyone seems to give the advice of just carrying on over checking in.
Which do you prefer?
