I'm sure this has been asked before, but can anyone give me some advice on teaching abroad.

I just graduated University this past summer with a BA in History & Minor in Philosophy. Currently studying for the LSAT and going to be writing it next week. After that I'm going to need to get a job for 6+ months. I want to travel to Southeast Asia, and I feel like teaching English there would be a good way to fund my travels and experience the culture. Some questions:

Do I need any certifications TEOFL?

Where do I look for jobs?

Are 6 Month contracts normal?

How difficult is it to get a job teaching (i.e. interview process etc...)?

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated. Cheers.
