Hi everyone. I have a couple of months off from college so i decided to do some solo travelling for the first time. Im going to hit these 3 locations and stay in their capital city for a week each. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get good food, interesting places to see, things to do, and what essentials i will need to bring? As it is my first time solo travelling, any tips and pointers will be greatly appreciated!

My budget is about $1k - $2k for the whole trip so i mostly want to be able to see and do things that are free or low cost. I want to also visit interesting landmarks and eat the local foods. Also please let me know what to do and what not to do so i dont offend the locals lol.
