I spent September in Puerto Vallarta and absolutely loved it. All I've been able to think about for months is going back to Mexico. I've been set on Mexico City, I've planned much of what I want to do, where I want to stay, etc. After dealing with some car issues I'm ready to book, but I'm hesitant at the moment. Today, the White House verified that they have a draft for declaring a national emergency. I was pretty set on buying my tickets and booking my stay after I dealt with my car issues, which I did this week, but now I'm not so sure.
