This summer, I’m spending a month in Spain! For the first 13 days and the last 6ish, I will be with family exploring the outlying towns like Ávila, going to Seville, then Barcelona at the end.

This leaves me with 10 days of solo travel. I was hoping to go somewhere with a beach and I stumbled upon Bilbao/Zarautz which seems super appealing to me. But then I thought maybe I could check out another country for 10 days.

Basically, I feel like a kid in a candy shop that has so many good choices. I guess I’m looking for somewhere inexpensive with nice beaches/lakes to swim in? Any suggestions?
