I'd like to do some multiday hikes in Ha Giang. Ideally, I'd like to do so without a tour guide.

If have any experience with this, please share it. Was it easy for you to find your way, how far apart were villages and were you able to resupply at them, any specific routes you can recommend? Lastly, do you recommend taking a bike up or relying on buses? If the latter, where did you get picked up and dropped off?

Not a lot of info, so really appreciate any insight in advanced!
