Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how to "clean" yourself properly before returning from travelling for an extended period of time. By cleaning myself I mean getting rid of any potential bugs that may be on my skin/hair that I may or may not have picked up whilst travelling. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of these things just so that there is a clean slate once I return from travelling. I know this is neurotic but I prefer to be safe rather than sorry.
