Working out while travelling
One of my hobbies at home is working out, I've been training 3-4 times per week for the past 5 years or so and absolutely love it.
I've travelled many times but only short term, usually for periods of 10 days to a month. For a short amount of time I usually take the opportunity to unwind, take some time off and get back to the gym when I get home.
Now, however, I'm planning on packing everything up and taking an extended period of time (around 6 months) to travel solo and explore south East Asia and maybe some European countries I haven't been to.
I love training, I find it therapeutic and it's given me a lot of self confidence that I didn't have as a teen. Do any of you frequent gym goers here have any tips? Is it easy to just walk into a random gym the other side of the world and pay on the go? Do you do calisthenics instead?
