Travel Advice: What is the best way of traveling through Europe and Asia for a year?
I'm 18 years old and will be graduating high school next year. In recent years I have really wanted to travel. I have never left the US and I've always wanted to see Europe and parts of Asia. I have decided I will save up some money, complete a semester of college then travel for a year. I figure this is the best time to do it since I don't have any real responsibilities or bills to pay since I live at home, and once I graduate college I want to start working immediately and hopefully get a permanent job and with student loans and other bills I probably won't ever have the time or funds to travel like I could now.
My plan is to leave in early 2020 starting and going through Europe then Asia. I know of all the countries I want to go to but I'm not sure of what order will be the best way to travel through them. Or if I'll have enough time to go visit all of them since some places I want to stay for a couple months. These are the countries where I'd like to go in no particular order:
Japan, South Korea, Czech Republic, Scotland, Spain, England, Germany, Romania, Greece, France, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Lithuania
Again I know I probably will not be able to visit all of these countries but I'd like to try. I'm really not sure how long I'll want to stay in each place in Europe but I do know I want to spend at least two months in Japan and a two weeks to a month in South Korea. So that really only leaves nine months for Europe. Since there are so many places I want to go to in Europe I'm really not sure what the best way to travel through is. Like what order of which country I go to and from will be the cheapest/ most efficient way to travel? Also Are there any countries in Europe I should priorities? Any advice will be helpful Thanks! :)
edit: I didn't add this to the list but I've also always wanted to go to Russia but I heard they are racist and it's dangerous for black people to visit there. If anyone has any insight on this please let me know. Thanks!
