First solo trip - UK/Ireland - Itinerary help
Hey /r/solotravel 29 year old Canadian guy here,
I am planning my first solo trip ever (and my first overseas) for this coming April, going to the UK and possibly Ireland. I was hoping some travelers who have been to this part of the world could help me sort out the itinerary. I have 15 days to work with and the first part of the trip I have settled
Day 1-3 - London
Day 4-5 - Edinburgh
Day 6-8 - Highlands coach tour
Day 9 - Glasgow
The remaining 6 days I am having trouble deciding where I would like to go. I am currently debating between northern England (Manchester, Liverpool) or a few places in Ireland (Galway, Belfast). I definitely don't think 6 days is enough to see all of those places so I have to decide between the two options. I am into sightseeing and history but also want a place with a cool vibe and nightlife going on. If anyone has any experience travelling in this part of the world and has insight into which of these options (or suggestions on how to spend the last 6 days of my trip that I haven't thought of) I would appreciate it!
