Australia working holiday visa - best job ever?
Hello, I am planning to join the working holiday program in Australia and I have idea of the perfect job. I would take my bicycle with me and work in the food delivery apps like deliveroo or Uber eats which apparently pays around 29$ per hour avg.
The advantages would be:
- I get to travel a lot and have the potential to see almost everything in given city
- Work security, don't have to worry about not finding job
- I can work whenever I want. If it's raining I would do some indoor activities if it's good weather I would work more etc.
- Australia apperently has some of the best bike roads and because I have bike I don't have to pay for transport
- I can pause anytime to do other things like I see some nice place I would chill for a while there etc.
- Nice fitness training
- Can do it along other jobs to make extra cash or do it while looking for some local high paying job, I can be picky
Disadvantages:
- the weather can be bad sometimes but I guess it's the same problem in any other outside jobs
- tiresome maybe? Don't know how it compares to construction or fruit picking jobs which can be exhausting too
- available only in big cities
- something else?
Still I think it's the best way to see every part of given city. What are your thoughts? Anyone has some experience working like that?
