Title says it all, but here's some context. I am moving from MA to CA in January and have more belongings than fit in two suitcases. I am trying to figure out a frugal way of moving everything; busfreighter.com seems *very* hit or miss in the yelp reviews, and any other shipping service seems to have a massive flat rate around ~2-3k, which is unfortunately not in the budget. Is this an insane question to ask? Or does anyone have any other options? I would road trip across the country but I'm not sure my car can make it (how does one know that their car can make the journey?). Thanks for reading!
