Road Trip Suggestions - 1 week - USA
Hi!
I just got a new job so I have a week in between where I will have nothing to do, so I wanted to go on a road trip.
This is going to be a solo road trip most likely and I will be coming out of Michigan. (USA) I am planning on just camping or staying with friends in various states depending on where I am.
I am looking for any suggestions that you might have for places that I should try to see or what you favorite location is that you have been. I am really open to anywhere in the USA that I will be able to travel to by car. Looking for more of a viewing experience than a city experience (so not NY City for example). I will be going from July 21 - July 28 so I only have 1 week to plan and do the trip.
Here is a small list of places that I was looking at but have not settled on where exactly I wanted to go to:
- Estes Park, CO (friend there) (been once)
- Banff national park, Canada
- Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming
- Pacific Rim National Park, Canada
- Yosemite National Park, California
- Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona (north rim) (been once)
- Zion/Bryce National Park, Utah (been once)
