Looking for greek island recommendations for solo travel

I (25f) will be traveling to Greece for the first time in August. I'll be visiting Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos with friends but plan to go 3-4 days early to spend some time alone, unplug, and visit a less-touristed island before meeting people in Athens. Would like it to be relatively easy to get to from Athens, though a short flight is okay. Looking for beautiful scenery, good food (I'm a bit of a foodie), beaches, and maybe some hiking or other activities (climbing, snorkeling, yoga, boat day-trip, historical sites, etc.). I'll be getting a good share of nightlife with my friends, so that's not super important. Budget is not a huge concern. Preliminary googling has found Samos, Sifnos, Rhodes, Crete (Chania), and Corfu to be good potential options. Would love any recommendations on the above or any other suggestions!
