Hostelworld's search function
This is more just a rant than anything else.... It drives me crazy that you can't organize or filter your search by the amount of ratings a property has AND the specific ratings it has (eg. atmosphere, cleanliness).
Some hostels are rated very highly but once you check out their sub-ratings atmosphere could be low (I try to book only ones above a 9), location could be low, and so on. Being able to search for the specific sub-category(s) you are interested in would be amazing and save so much time clicking through all the high rated hostels.
Likewise with the amount of ratings a property has... The busier the place the better if you're looking to socialize and have a good time, it's a bit annoying having to scroll through dozens of listings with 10 or less ratings to find the busy spots. I get why this one may not be implemented, as they want to be fair and give every place an equal chance of being booked, but still.
This is just for the actual website too, I've not checked on the app but I imagine it'll be the same.
