Ideas for two weeks in South Korea?

Hey there! I’m traveling in South Korea for two weeks in June and I’m looking for some tips. There’s plenty of info to be found online, but I’m wondering if people have some personal experience in the country?

I’ll be spending at least the first four days in Seoul, then I have several free days before visiting my brother in Busan. So this trip will only be about 50% solo. My itinerary is pretty flexible. Generally I love visiting historical sites, as well as just wandering the streets of cities/towns. If people have ideas for day hikes then I am down for that as well!

It might be worth mentioning that I am typically vegetarian, but will be open to eating seafood on this trip. If there are any veg-friendly restaurants or particular dishes that I should try, then let me know!
