How to spend a month in Spain - Suggestions needed (and appreciated)
This July, I'll be leaving for my first ever solo trip to Spain and Portugal. I'm planning to spend a month there, sleeping in hostels, and with about $3000 to kill (not including hostel cost, or transportation). I've done research to the point of exhaustion, and I'm more than set on the logistics of the trip (though advice is always appreciated). What I'm having trouble with is an itinerary. I'm planning on landing in Madrid (this isn't set in stone quite yet though). My plan was to stay there for a week, then Barcelona for a week, as well as Seville and Porto. I've been told, now, numerous times that I'm planning to spend too long in each city and will quickly get bored. If anybody has any suggestions, I would so greatly appreciate them. Any other cities to visit, any other ways to split up my trip, or differently slot each city. Even a different country isn't necessarily out of the question, but I'd probably like to keep it between Spain and Portugal for my first trip. Any advice would be appreciated so greatly, I really don't know where to start. Thanks very much.
