How to cope in hot climates?
Sorry if this isn't the best place to post this but I couldn't think of anywhere better. This summer I'm going travelling for several weeks in two hot countries whose summer temperatures are consistently over 30 celsius. I'm really worried about it, because I'm not good with heat and I sometimes feel uncomfortably hot even before the temperature hits 20. The summer average where I live is about 16 celsius, and I have only experienced temperatures above 25ish a few times in my life, mostly while abroad. Is there anything I can do to avoid discomfort and heat exhaustion while I'm away, other than the obvious things like water, sunscreen and a hat? Will I get used to it after being there for a while? Obviously people live in these places so it's not like the temperatures are unsurvivable, and I really don't want my trip to be ruined by something as simple as hot weather.
