Good social resort in Central America
25M still in grad school
Location: I'm looking for a fun resort to go to that tends to be more social somewhere in central america or the carribean. I am pretty flexible with where I go, but I was looking at Yemaya in Nicaragua and then Nayara Springs in Costa rica. Im not sold to those, but that is just what I have been checking out right now.
Time-frame: 1 week to 10 days, sometime in late fall, probably November
Budget: $5-6k
General Info: I want something a little nicer than a hostel, ideally something with a good pool or beach. Also want some excursion options, like hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. nearby (dont have to be from the hotel). Doesn't need to be all-inclusive. My biggest priority is finding somewhere with social people, Just got out of a long relationship and would enjoy meeting new people and hanging out, so somewhere with like some bar hopping or something would be good.
Any suggestions?
