Familiar with Heathrow airport

I will be traveling to Heathrow airport for a brief layover tomorrow before returning to the U.S after a 2 week trip in Europe.

I was wondering if anyone was familiar with Heathrow airport and could help direct me a bit. Here’s my trip details:

Depart Lisbon, Portugal at 11:05, arrive LHR 13:55 at T3.

I then have 2 hrs and 20 mins between that flight and my next flight - depart LHR 16:15 from T5, arrive NY JFK at 19:15

So my questions:

Will i have enough time to switch between T3 and T5 without having to rush? Will they make me go thru customs just to switch terminals?

Is it difficult to locate the shuttles?

I am a person who is always used to being on time for just about everything and get anxious when i start cutting it close on time.
