For me it was when I realized my travels had stopped being like a vacation and started becoming more of a lifestyle.

I also subconsciously consider certain events - good and bad - to be like certificates. Like if you had a travel resume, you could add these things to it. The more “certificates” I have, the more I feel like a traveler.

This thought came to mind because I’m in the middle of dealing with my first ever case of the...dare I say....bed bugs. Bah humbug!
