Compact mattress (or foam pad) that can fit in my car?
I like to go on road trips occasionally. I have a hatchback yaris and usually I roll down the seats, then place a 4' x 4' pad of foam on top to smooth out the surface. The foam came from a generic foam store, so it's literally just pure foam. Although it does its job, the issue with it is there's no real protective coating aside from wrapping it in sheets, so it gets musty and gross quickly. Also it doesn't roll up easily, and it would be nice if I could keep it packed in the (oh so tiny Yaris) trunk when I'm not traveling. Anyone know what would be a proper replacement?
