hey guys!

i’m planning a 25 day solo backpacking trip through southeast asia at the end of November. couldn’t be more excited! i’m planning on splitting up the trip and going to Luang Prabang, Laos and Chiang Mai, Thailand.

before taking the trip I will be in Bali for a month for a 200hr yoga teaching certification.

i’m flying from Denver to Bali on a one way and then hoping to fly to Chicago from Chiang Mai on December 16th so that I can spend the holidays with my family after the trip.

Hopper is telling me that my one way from Denver to Bali is $559 right now and that I should book before April 6th, however i’ve read elsewhere online that it’s best to book international flights to asia 2 months prior to the trip for the best deals.

any advice on this?

also- should i book my flights within asia as early as possible or should I wait till it’s closer to the trip or until i’m already over there?
