Need suggestions/opinions about my solo travel plans
Beginning May I am planning to quit my job and travel to a number of countries for 3 months.
Here is my plan: (Date is when I reach the city)
May 1st: Toronto to Dubai - 2 days (Just want to see the city and leave)
May 4: Istanbul (3 days) - Flight
May 7: Greece (4 days)
May 11: Travel upto Prague (22 days)
June 2: Rome (3 Days) - Flight in
June 5: Morocco (4 days) - Flight in
June 9: Singapore (3 days) - Flight in
June 12: Malaysia (9 days)
June 21: Thailand (9 days)
June 30: Cambodia (9 days)
July 9: Vietnam (9 days)
July 18: Pakistan (2 weeks) - Visit Family - Flight in then back to Toronto
Please feel free to share any critiques on this. Am I giving myself enough time for all these countries. I mostly just want to visit sites and major cities.
I am budgeting $8500 (CAD) in total.
Flights: $2500
Expenses: $1500 *3 = $4500 (living, Food expenses)
Other: $1500 (Random expenses)
Is this enough?
Also what do you usually do when traveling between countries? In Eastern Europe and SEA, do you just just cross at the borders?
How about for traveling between cities? Do you take buses/trains or rent a motorcycle in each country?
