First Time Solo Travel to SE Asia - Jacket Help Neeeded
This will be my first solo trip as a 34 y/o Male from the U.S. I will be traveling through Japan, Korea, and Thailand throughout the month of April. I'm caught in a bit of a dilemma. Temps in Japan and Korea look to be in the 50s F at night.
I'm debating on what sort of jacket to bring since I am only bringing a 46L backpack. So I don't want something that is going to be too bulky, but at the same time I want to be warm when I'm Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) and Korea (Seoul, Busan). And I know I won't need it in Thailand. I've read a lot about bringing a base layer and then some sort of hoodie or jacket. I'm feeling like a base layer and light rain jacket just won't be enough.
Any recommendations from experienced travelers is greatly appreciated. If you know of any light, but warm jackets that would be great. I leave in 2 weeks so I still have time to buy something. Thank you in advance!
