Hi, I am traveling for the 2 weeks in July and I am unsure of where to go. I'm looking for nature/beach like places to relax and enjoy the scenery as well as beautiful water(preferably one I can go in, so not too cold).

I started researching places in Croatia thinking it hostels would be a bit cheaper, but I'm guessing tourist season is high in July.

Has anyone had any memorable hostel experiences in any of these places? Some hostels have really made my experience that much better because of the kind of people it attracts.

Also, do you find it worth it to pay 40 a night for a hostel in Croatia? I'm not quite sure if to spend my time in one country or go to a couple. I'm definitely not trying to rush my trip.

Another question :) Any suggestions on active trips in the respective countries? Like hiking/biking/kayaking etc.?
