Hi, I am looking for an activity to do during my first solo travel trip this upcoming summer for 3 or so weeks. I'm thinking SEA or Eastern Europe as they are places with unique cultures.

I want a purpose for my trip that is different from simply visiting museums and partying with other tourists in hostels. I recently went on a sailing trip based in Bora Bora and I was pretty bored after a week despite being with family and in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Some examples of activities I can think of are getting a scuba diving certification, volunteering as a teacher of some sort (have a healthcare management degree), or a meditation retreat (I have been meditating off and on for a couple years).

Does anyone have an experience doing something like this inn one of these locations? Thanks.
