I’m currently on exchange in the UK and it will be my first time solo travelling. Planning to go to Ireland during the Easter break since it’s nearby, and I heard that a flight there on Ryanair costs just £35.

I don’t drink or club, so the nightlife isn’t what I’m interested in. I would want to go on hikes or simply wander around, with a good mix of the countryside and city.

Should I be staying in the city centre and taking day trips out to hike or explore? Or should I be travelling out anywhere?

Would also love recommendations on which hikes to take and mountains/lakes to see :) I’ve heard of Howth Cliff and would like to visit that, other similar recommendations are welcome.
